Position Overview

A&G Blueberry Farms is seeking dedicated individuals to contribute to our agricultural operations. As a vital part of our team, you will engage in various tasks essential for the growth and maintenance of our blueberry crops.

Responsibilities
  • Crop Management: Plant, cultivate, and irrigate blueberry crops to ensure optimal growth.
  • Harvesting: Efficiently harvest blueberries at peak ripeness.
  • Equipment Operation: Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment to support daily operations.
  • Health Monitoring: Identify and address any disease or health issues in crops and livestock.
  • Quality Control: Examine harvested products for quality and readiness for market distribution.
Work Environment

The role requires working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment. You will be expected to perform repetitive tasks, including standing for extended periods and engaging in bending, crouching, and kneeling.

Qualifications
  • Education: No formal degree, certificate, or diploma is required.
  • Experience: Previous experience in agriculture is considered an asset.
