Key Responsibilities:

  • Managing incoming phone communications
  • Coordinating appointment schedules
  • Processing client payments and transactions
  • Executing daily upkeep tasks (such as laundry and assisting with treatment room preparations)
  • Overseeing inventory management
  • Conducting opening and closing procedures

Required Qualifications:

  • No prior experience is required; however, candidates with backgrounds in massage therapy or esthetics will be prioritized
  • Exceptional organizational abilities
  • Strong verbal communication skills
  • A proactive and optimistic demeanor

Compensation: $21.00 per hour

Expected Work Hours: 18 – 36 hours per week

Educational Background:

  • Secondary School education preferred

Experience Requirements:

  • Customer service experience: 1 year preferred
