Job Title: Spa Supervisor

Simish Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Spa Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our spa operations, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist guests with special needs and provide personalized attention to ensure their comfort and satisfaction.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for emergency situations and handle them with professionalism and discretion.
  • Coordinate activities with other work units or departments to ensure seamless operations and efficient communication.
  • Monitor quality and production levels to maintain the highest standards of service and quality.
  • Prepare and submit progress reports to management, highlighting areas of improvement and success.
  • Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies as needed to maintain a well-stocked and efficient spa environment.
  • Resolve work problems, provide technical advice, and recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and schedule the activities of workers, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Train staff in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies to ensure a high level of knowledge and competence.
  • Establish work schedules and procedures to ensure efficient operations and effective use of resources.
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in a spa or customer service environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and staff.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and move freely throughout the spa.
  • Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
  • Reliability and punctuality, with a strong commitment to attendance and punctuality.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Work Environment:

The Spa Supervisor will work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service. The ideal candidate will be able to work effectively in a team environment, communicate clearly and professionally, and adapt to changing situations with ease.

Language:

The primary language of communication for this role is English.

Hours of Work:

The Spa Supervisor will work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends, with a typical workweek of 30-40 hours.
