We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Facilities Maintenance Assistant to join our team at Innovative Facility Care Inc.

Job Summary:

The Facilities Maintenance Assistant will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our commercial building. This includes sweeping, mopping, washing, and polishing floors, as well as vacuuming carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture.

Responsibilities:
  • Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances
  • Handle and report lost and found items
  • Provide basic information on facilities
  • Pick up debris and empty trash containers
  • Wash windows, walls, and ceilings
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns
Requirements:
  • Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate
  • Criminal record check
  • Own transportation
  • Willing to travel

Work Environment:

The Facilities Maintenance Assistant will work in a commercial building with a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and under pressure, with a strong attention to detail.
