Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Administrator to lead our Community Campus operations. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the campus, coordinating administrative functions, and promoting strategic partnerships with local communities and organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily campus operations and coordinate administrative functions
  • Develop and maintain strategic partnerships with local communities and organizations
  • Collaborate with college departments to ensure effective and efficient service delivery
  • Manage campus events and activities
  • Represent the College at community meetings and events
  • Develop and manage operational and project budgets
  • Ensure compliance with College policies and procedures
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study (Education or Business Administration preferred)
  • Working knowledge of post-secondary systems, policy, and processes
  • Experience in project management and community relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge and appreciation of Aboriginal culture and history within communities
