Daily Responsibilities
As an integral member of the product engineering division, you will oversee project management and the advancement of our power distribution transformers. Collaboration with manufacturing engineering, procurement, quality assurance, and production teams will be essential to fulfill client requirements. Your leadership, engagement, and innovative thinking will play a vital role in the success of our business unit's goals.
Key Contributions
- Serve as the project manager for proposals, orders, and product development.
- Ensure adherence to client specifications and applicable standards.
- Maintain documentation related to guidelines and knowledge sharing.
- Engage in the ongoing enhancement of engineering methodologies.
- Authorize new components for use.
- Assist in resolving technical operational challenges.
- Execute all relevant tasks associated with your responsibilities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.
- Minimum of three years' experience as an electrical engineer within a manufacturing setting.
- Licensed to practice engineering in Quebec.
- Proficient in French and capable in English.
- Positive, constructive, and professional demeanor.
- Self-driven, organized, and detail-oriented.
