Key Responsibilities- Visit new and existing clients, caregivers, and nurses on a regular basis to assess their needs and provide guidance and support.
- Work closely with our Clinical Manager to develop and implement training programs for field caregivers and nurses.
- Supervise, support, and mentor field caregivers and nurses to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality client care.
- Provide hands-on clinical and nursing care as needed, and build strong relationships with clients and their families.
- Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with provincial and in-house best practices.
- Perform administrative tasks, including dedicated administrative requirements, to support the team's efforts.
