About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Lead to join our Complex Care Team at Bayshore HealthCare. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting, mentoring, and training our caregivers and nurses to deliver exceptional client care in the community.

Key Responsibilities
  • Visit new and existing clients, caregivers, and nurses on a regular basis to assess their needs and provide guidance and support.
  • Work closely with our Clinical Manager to develop and implement training programs for field caregivers and nurses.
  • Supervise, support, and mentor field caregivers and nurses to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to provide high-quality client care.
  • Provide hands-on clinical and nursing care as needed, and build strong relationships with clients and their families.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with provincial and in-house best practices.
  • Perform administrative tasks, including dedicated administrative requirements, to support the team's efforts.

Requirements
