Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at A's General Contracting Inc.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our team, ensuring the smooth operation of our daily activities. This is a permanent full-time position, working 35 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate the flow of information within the team, ensuring timely and accurate communication.
  • Direct and motivate staff to achieve team goals and objectives.
  • Plan and organize daily operations, including scheduling appointments and managing contracts.
  • Establish and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficient workflow.
  • Compile data, statistics, and other information to support business decisions.
  • Oversee the preparation of reports and maintain accurate records.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Perform data entry and typing tasks, including correspondence and documents.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to staff.
  • Assign, coordinate, and review projects and programs to ensure successful outcomes.
Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
  • Time management skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word.
