Fitness Coach

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fitness Coach to join our team at Orangetheory Fitness 10028. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for leading high-energy group fitness classes, motivating members to reach their fitness goals, and providing a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and motivate members through pre-designed workouts, ensuring a high-quality experience for all participants.
- Work in a fast-paced group fitness setting, multitasking to ensure that all class participants have a positive experience.
- Help members set and achieve their fitness goals, providing guidance and support throughout their fitness journey.
- Work closely with the sales team to guide interested consumers through their first Orangetheory workout, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience.
- Ensure members are using proper form and technique, providing corrections and feedback as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on the science behind our workouts, including heart-rate focused training programs and industry trends.
- Be a team player, working collaboratively with other Fitness Coaches and staff to achieve our studio's goals and objectives.
- Group Fitness and/or Personal Training certification.
- CPR/AED/First Aid certification.
- 6-10+ hours per week of coaching experience.
