Fitness Coach

Orangetheory Fitness 10028 is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Fitness Coach to join our team. As a Fitness Coach, you will be responsible for leading high-energy group fitness classes, motivating members to reach their fitness goals, and providing a safe and supportive environment for all participants.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead group fitness classes, creating a dynamic and engaging atmosphere that motivates members to reach their fitness goals
- Develop and maintain a strong understanding of Orangetheory Fitness' science-backed workouts, including heart-rate focused training programs
- Work closely with the sales team to guide interested consumers through their first Orangetheory workout
- Provide personalized attention and support to members, helping them set and achieve their fitness goals
- Ensure members are using proper form and technique, offering corrections and guidance as needed
- Stay up-to-date on the latest fitness trends and industry developments, applying this knowledge to create engaging and effective workouts
- Group Fitness and/or Personal Training certification
- CPR/AED/First Aid certification
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including early morning classes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Passion for fitness and a commitment to helping others achieve their health and wellness goals
