We are seeking a skilled Program Manager to provide temporary coverage for our Community Housing (Medically Fragile) program.
The successful candidate will oversee the rehabilitation programs and client care, liaising with client support networks, professionals, and funding agencies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Implementing and evaluating client care to promote quality of life
- Overseeing the training and supervision of program staff
- Managing staff to provide client care and setting priorities
- Liaising with the Head of Client Services on client psycho-social rehabilitation programs
- Participating in the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement Individual Support Plans
The ideal candidate will have a diploma in a related field, recent supervisory experience, and current licensure with the College of Licensed Practical Nurses of British Columbia (CLPNBC). Excellent written and spoken English skills are essential.
