Program Manager

At Connective, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our social services programs, ensuring they are effective, inclusive, and meet the needs of our clients, funders, and regulators.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure program success
- Supervise and manage staff, including hiring, training, and evaluation
- Coordinate and administer programs, including budgeting and financial management
- Build and maintain relationships with community partners, stakeholders, and funders
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry standards
Requirements:
- Relevant degree or diploma, or equivalent experience
- At least two years of experience in social services or a related field
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
