Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Logistics Coordinator to join our team at All Home. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth flow of goods and materials within our warehouse and distribution network.
Key Responsibilities- Determine Method of Shipment: Plan and coordinate the transportation of goods to and from our warehouse, taking into account factors such as cost, time, and reliability.
- Schedule Distribution of Goods: Coordinate the receipt and dispatch of goods, ensuring that they are delivered to the right place at the right time.
- Prepare Shipping Documents: Create and manage shipping documents, including bills of lading, invoices, and other necessary paperwork.
- Inspect and Verify Goods: Conduct regular inspections to ensure that goods are received in good condition and accurately documented.
- Maintain Record-Keeping System: Develop and maintain accurate and up-to-date records of inventory, shipments, and other logistics-related data.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 32 hours per week
