Job Summary

As a Health Care Aide, you will play a vital role in assisting individuals with various personal care needs within the comfort of their homes. You will work closely with clients, families, and our dedicated team to ensure that each individual receives personalized and attentive care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance with daily living activities, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Prepare nutritious meals and assist with feeding, as needed.
  • Maintain a clean and organized living environment through light housekeeping tasks.
  • Accompany clients on outings and errands to promote social engagement and independence.
  • Offer companionship and emotional support to clients.
  • Assist with medication reminders and ensure adherence to prescribed care plans.
  • Document client care activities accurately and efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Possess a Health Care Aide Certificate or equivalent qualification (foreign-trained nurse, nursing student).
  • Hold current CPR/First Aid certification or be willing to obtain it.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Have a genuine passion for providing compassionate care to seniors and individuals with medical needs.
