In your role as a Client Relationship Executive, you will oversee and expand a portfolio of Commercial Banking clients by actively seeking new business opportunities within the community while ensuring that clients' daily banking requirements are met with the utmost professionalism.
As a trusted advisor to some of Canada's foremost enterprises, you will provide adaptable business solutions, specialized expertise, and timely guidance to assist clients in achieving their objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Relationship Development: Forge new client connections through proactive business development initiatives, utilizing referral networks, existing clientele, and influential community contacts.
- Relationship Management: Continuously assess and nurture these relationships by gaining a deep understanding of clients' aspirations, objectives, and business conditions.
- Community Engagement: Dedicate yourself to establishing a strong presence in the local business landscape to transform that visibility into productive relationships with both new and existing clients, as well as internal stakeholders.
You will bring experience in Commercial or Business Banking, proven business development capabilities, and a solid grasp of financial statements and accounting principles, including valuation methods and cash flow assessment.
Your background includes managing the credit quality of a portfolio of commercial banking clients with credit requirements typically ranging from $1.5MM to $10MM, along with complex cash management needs.
A degree or diploma in Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline is essential.
