Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Senior Estimator to prepare lead letters, tender documents, proposals, and project quotations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of contractual terms, conditions, and obligations, and be able to meet deadlines in a timely fashion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and submit high-quality estimates and proposals to clients
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with project managers and other team members to ensure accurate and timely project delivery
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in estimating and construction
  • Participate in training sessions and professional development opportunities to enhance skills and knowledge
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in a similar role, with a strong background in construction and estimating
  • Highly organized and able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Professional, approachable, and customer-service oriented
  • Strong work ethic and positive team attitude
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Project)
