About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Reinvestment Construction Specialist to join our team at McDonald's Canada. As a key member of our Reinvestment Construction Team, you will play a critical role in the coordination and administration of our construction projects across Canada.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with the circulation and approval of capital budgets for construction projects.
  • Coordinate and administer construction projects, including creating project budgets, purchase orders, and tendering processes.
  • Manage vendor relationships, including coordination, scheduling, and reviewing quotes.
  • Support Area Construction Managers and National Manager on various administrative tasks.
  • Travel occasionally for meetings with the National team and site visits.
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of related work experience, preferably in project coordination or construction administration.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong knowledge of database systems, including Oracle and Smartsheet.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong organization and multi-tasking skills.
