fusionSpan is a rapidly expanding global information technology services firm, and we are in search of a skilled Salesforce Consultant to enhance our operations.

This role is fully remote, with a preference for candidates located in the Toronto area.

The successful candidate will engage with various non-profit organizations, overseeing the implementation and management of their Salesforce CRM systems.

The ideal applicant will be adept at articulating the requirements of the position to both the fusionSpan team and clients, while effectively addressing any related inquiries.

The consultant must be flexible and able to adapt to a dynamic schedule, acquiring knowledge of all relevant technologies as they evolve.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation.
  • Communicate complex requirements to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Create solution documents, requirement documents, and discovery documents for review.
  • Manage multiple projects and competing priorities concurrently.
  • Present work deliverables to stakeholders.
  • Implement all project tasks following Agile methodologies.
  • Design and develop workflow and functional diagrams to illustrate proposed solutions.
  • Oversee task and work tickets, including descriptions and acceptance criteria.
  • Continuously enhance understanding of best practices for associations and nonprofits, particularly in technology implementation.
  • Collaborate with project managers and development teams to ensure timely and budget-compliant deliverables.
  • Assist the project team in identifying training needs for both team members and clients.
  • Document standard operating procedures.


Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Minimum of 2 years of business analysis experience within a consulting or professional services environment.
  • At least 2 years of experience in business analysis for technology implementation projects.
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills in English (writing sample required).
  • Experience in gathering requirements, drafting solution documents, and writing SOPs.
  • Familiarity with Agile project management and possession of at least one Agile methodology certification.


Preferred Qualifications:
  • Salesforce certification is highly preferred, or the candidate must obtain one within 90 days of employment.
  • Experience in the non-profit or association sector.
  • Background in Salesforce implementation or administration.
  • Experience with Fonteva, Nimble AMS, or other Salesforce solutions for non-profit organizations.
  • Experience in quality assurance and/or acceptance testing as a client, vendor, or user is strongly preferred.
