Key Responsibilities
- Prescription assembly and data entry
- Process customer transactions, including receiving and releasing prescriptions
- Receive in-person and telephone refill requests and record deliveries
- Promote PROfile programs to enhance patient engagement
- Compounding and pill pack assembly
- Filing prescriptions, ordering and replenishing supplies, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Drug order creation and receiving
- Schedule professional clinical services, including medication reviews, health risk assessments, and disease state management
- Manage BTC and adhere to company standards
- Perform administrative duties, such as cycle counts, narcotic counts, return to stocks, and TMLs
- Assist with other pharmacy operations as required
Requirements
- Preferred: Undergraduate degree, Pharmacy Technology Certificate, or other recognized pharmacy program
- Previous pharmacy experience is an asset
- Excellent attention to detail, ability to multitask, and work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Adhere to and implement all applicable company standards
