Overview

24/7 Customer Support Team Lead

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced 24/7 Customer Support Team Lead to join our global engineering and manufacturing leader in tech. As a key member of our 24/7 support team, you will be responsible for leading a regional team and taking part in shifts, including 12-hour rotations. If you have a passion for delivering exceptional customer support, this role could be an excellent fit.

The Role

As a 24/7 Customer Support Team Lead, you will:

  • Lead a regional team responsible for Hexagon A&P frontline 24/7 support
  • Mentor and develop the team to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional support
  • Act as an escalation point to resolve operational 24/7 support issues
  • Monitor KPI metrics to drive continuous improvement and optimize support processes
  • Work collaboratively with the Calgary-based 24/7 support team to ensure seamless support delivery

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Technical diploma or degree in a relevant field, such as Geomatics or Electrical Engineering
  • Experience working directly with customers, preferably in a support or service delivery capacity
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor communication to varying audiences
