Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Real Estate Valuations Analyst to join our team in Toronto. As a key member of our Real Estate Valuations Group, you will be responsible for developing an independent view of fair value for our global real estate portfolio.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support quarterly property and portfolio level valuations, reporting, and analytics
  • Build relationships and interact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our valuation oversight and processes

Requirements

  • Relevant undergraduate or advanced degree in Real Estate, Economics, Finance, or Commerce
  • AACI or equivalent international professional accreditation
  • 2+ years of commercial real estate experience in valuations, investments, or asset management
  • Familiarity with real estate valuation methodologies and practices
  • Strong financial and analytical skills
