About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled German Localization Video Game Tester to join our team at PTW Montréal. As a German Localization Video Game Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of video games in the German language.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proofread and identify German language errors in video games
  • Verify that video games adhere to console manufacturer guidelines
  • Write detailed reports of errors and bugs found to help improve the game
  • Provide feedback on the game to ensure it meets the highest standards
  • Ensure the game runs smoothly by identifying missing or incorrect content
  • Perform ad hoc translations as needed
Requirements
  • Native-level proficiency in German is mandatory
  • Strong cultural understanding of Germany
  • Excellent proficiency in English is essential
  • Basic proficiency in French is required for communication and collaboration
  • Computer literacy, particularly with Excel
  • Excellent attention to detail
