Job Title: Project Controls Manager

About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Controls Manager to join our team at Hatch. As a key member of our Project Execution Group, you will be responsible for ensuring the successful delivery of projects by managing and controlling costs, schedules, and resources.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control project costs, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, including critical path method (CPM) and program evaluation and review technique (PERT) analysis.
  • Coordinate with project teams to ensure timely and within-budget project delivery.
  • Monitor and report on project performance, including key performance indicators (KPIs) and return on investment (ROI) analysis.
  • Develop and implement project controls processes and procedures to ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.

Requirements:

  • Master's degree in engineering or a related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in project controls, with a strong background in cost control, scheduling, and resource allocation.
  • Proficiency in Oracle Primavera P6 and other project management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Bilingualism (French and English) is an asset.
