Key Responsibilities- Cleaning and Maintenance: Sweep, mop, wash, and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture, clean and disinfect kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, clean and disinfect elevators, and perform light housekeeping and cleaning duties.
- Lost and Found: Handle and report lost and found items.
- Customer Service: Provide basic information on facilities, address customers' complaints or concerns, and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Physical Demands: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, bending, crouching, kneeling, combination of sitting, standing, walking, and standing for extended periods.
- Weight Handling: Up to 45 kg (100 lbs).
- Punctuality: Meet deadlines and arrive on time.
- Client Focus: Prioritize customer needs and provide excellent service.
- Dependability: Be reliable and trustworthy.

Luxe Cleaning & Organizing Ltd. is a dynamic and fast-paced environment that requires flexibility, adaptability, and a strong work ethic. As a Cleaning and Maintenance Specialist, you will work in a variety of settings, including offices, common areas, and other facilities. Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
