About the Role

Mae Cleaning is seeking a skilled Cleaning Specialist to join our team. As a Cleaning Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of our facilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleaning and Sanitizing: Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors, dust furniture, vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies and upholstered furniture, make beds and change sheets, distribute clean towels and toiletries, clean, disinfect and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances, clean and disinfect elevators, pick up debris and empty trash containers, clean changing rooms and showers.
  • Security and Safety: Pass a criminal record check.
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work independently, fast-paced environment, work under pressure, tight deadlines, repetitive tasks, physically demanding, attention to detail, bending, crouching, kneeling, overtime required.
  • Weight Handling: Up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
  • Personal Suitability: Punctuality, client focus, dependability, initiative, organized, team player, values and ethics, honesty.
  • Screening Questions: Are you available for shift or on-call work? Are you willing to relocate for this position?
  • Experience: 1 to less than 7 months.
