As a Construction Project Supervisor, reporting directly to the Project Manager of Strategic Services, you will be tasked with overseeing project operations, optimizing resource management, ensuring adherence to regulations, and supporting the overarching mission and values of our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver daily updates to the Project Manager regarding safety metrics, expenditures, production levels, and potential opportunities
  • Take responsibility for meeting cost and production objectives, labor needs, and timelines
  • Lead initiatives to identify and execute solutions for process and quality challenges
  • Oversee field staff, manage contractors, and provide daily direction to Foremen and Team Leads
  • Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure timely acquisition of materials
  • Assist in formulating project timelines and ensuring compliance with safety protocols
  • Coordinate with the Maintenance team to schedule equipment servicing and upkeep

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in mining operations and leadership roles
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving history
  • Proficiency in MS Office, SAP, and/or Ceridian Dayforce
  • CSTS and OSSA or BSO or CSO certification
  • Ground Disturbance certification
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities

This position is full-time and operates on a rotational schedule. Local candidates are preferred.
