About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Store Operations Manager to join our team at MR. LUBE HAMILTON. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our retail store, ensuring that we deliver exceptional customer service and achieve our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Staff Management: Manage and supervise a team of 5-10 staff members, providing guidance, support, and coaching to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles.
  • Store Operations: Oversee the overall operation of the store, including inventory management, merchandising, and visual displays.
  • Customer Service: Ensure that all customers receive a high level of service, responding promptly to their needs and resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Marketing and Sales: Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive sales and increase customer engagement.
  • Financial Management: Manage the store's budget, monitoring revenues and expenses to ensure that we are operating within our financial targets.
  • Security and Safety: Ensure that the store is secure and safe for customers and staff, implementing measures to prevent theft and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a retail or business operations role
  • Computer and Technology Knowledge: Proficient in the use of point of sale systems, electronic mail, and spreadsheets
  • Security and Safety: Basic security clearance
  • Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure, and with attention to detail
