We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Polo Farmers Market Ltd. as a Cashier.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operate a cash register and process transactions accurately and efficiently.
  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, answering questions, and resolving issues in a professional manner.
  • Stock shelves and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  • Assist customers with purchases, including weighing produce and bulk foods, and wrapping or placing merchandise in bags.
  • Participate in promotional activities and maintain a positive attitude towards sales and customer service.
  • Monitor store entrances and exits, and request proof of payment when necessary.
Work Environment

As a Retail Sales Associate at Polo Farmers Market Ltd., you will work in a fast-paced retail environment with a focus on customer satisfaction. You will be required to stand for extended periods, lift up to 25 pounds, and work in a combination of sitting, standing, and walking.

Requirements
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment and provide excellent customer service.
  • Reliability and flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and holidays.
