About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our team at Katson Enterprises Ltd. as a Head Cook. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading our kitchen operations and ensuring that our culinary standards are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Planning and Execution

Develop and implement menus that meet the tastes and dietary requirements of our customers, while ensuring that our kitchen operations are efficient and cost-effective.

Staff Management

Supervise and train a team of kitchen staff, including cooks, dishwashers, and other support personnel, to ensure that they are working effectively and safely.

Inventory Management

Manage the inventory of food, supplies, and equipment to ensure that we have the necessary resources to meet our culinary needs.

Cleanliness and Safety

Ensure that our kitchen and food service areas are clean and safe for our customers and staff.

Quality Control

Monitor the quality of our food and services to ensure that they meet our high standards.

Requirements
  • Education

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate

Experience

1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role

Skills

Excellent culinary skills, including menu planning, cooking, and presentation
