Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and organized Territory Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, developing and maintaining long-term relationships with customers, and driving sales growth in the crushing and screening industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual budget targets
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new product developments
  • Collaborate with the Aggregate Division Manager to develop and implement sales programs and strategies
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring timely and effective resolution of customer issues
  • Meet or exceed sales targets, while maintaining a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
Requirements
  • 3-5 years of sales experience in the aggregate industry or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of aggregate equipment and mechanical systems
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and retention
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong attention to detail and organizational skills
