Key Responsibilities:
  • Client Experience: Warmly welcome clients upon arrival and on the telephone, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience.
  • Booking and Sales: Efficiently check in clients through our booking system, multi-task between answering phones, booking appointments, and selling memberships, gift cards, and upgrades.
  • Health and Wellness: Promote the benefits of massage and skin care, educating clients on the importance of self-care and wellness.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate filing procedures, file maintenance, and ensure a professional and clean work environment.
