Job Title: Floor Coverer Helper

At Baljeet Kaur, we are seeking a skilled Floor Coverer Helper to join our team. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for assisting in the installation and maintenance of floor coverings.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Load, unload, and transport construction materials to and from job sites.
  • Mix, pour, and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt as required.
  • Assist in demolishing buildings and structures, ensuring a safe and efficient process.
  • Clean and pile salvaged materials for reuse or recycling.
  • Perform routine maintenance work to ensure the smooth operation of our construction sites.
  • Remove rubble and other debris from construction sites, maintaining a safe and clean environment.
  • Direct traffic at or near construction sites, ensuring the safety of workers and the general public.
Requirements:
  • Physical stamina to perform demanding tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic knowledge of construction materials and processes.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
