We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Office Manager to join our team at Kathy's Custom Stitchery Ltd. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day administrative functions of the office, ensuring seamless operations and providing exceptional support to our staff.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Support: Provide administrative assistance to the management team, including preparing reports, managing schedules, and coordinating travel arrangements.
  • Office Operations: Oversee the maintenance of office equipment, supplies, and facilities, ensuring a safe and efficient working environment.
  • Financial Management: Assist in the preparation of the operating budget, manage inventory and budgetary controls, and perform financial analysis to inform business decisions.
  • Human Resources: Train and develop staff, resolve conflict situations, and oversee payroll administration.
  • Communication: Assemble data and prepare periodic and special reports, manuals, and correspondence to support business operations.
Requirements
