A dedicated team for portfolio management and client services will handle the transition and ongoing relationship management.

Marketing Approach: The firm employs various marketing strategies, including direct mail, online advertising, and television campaigns, generating pre-qualified leads from potential investors eager to discuss their investment portfolios.

Home Office Support: The firm fully supports home office expenses, including necessary equipment such as computers, phones, scanners, and printers. Additionally, all travel costs are covered, along with an allocated expense account.

Compensation Structure: The starting salary is set at $100,000, complemented by an uncapped commission structure. Average total compensation ranges from $300,000 to $500,000, with top performers exceeding $1 million.
