• Conducting thorough assessments for your clients, including retirement strategies, wealth accumulation, and estate planning, utilizing advanced financial planning tools to align with their financial aspirations.

• Demonstrating a proactive approach to uncover and address client needs, delivering reliable financial advice regarding investments and retirement strategies.

• Showcasing self-motivation and a results-driven mindset to identify client needs and create customized financial solutions.

• Building strong client engagement through education, insights, and expert advice.

• Collaborating effectively with colleagues, clients, and partners to enhance service delivery.

• Cultivating relationships that prioritize exceptional client experiences and fostering long-term connections with existing clients.

Are You the Right Fit?

We are eager to connect with candidates who possess:

- Experience in financial planning and investment sales is advantageous.

- Progress towards or completion of the Personal Financial Planning (PFP) designation (or IQPF designation within Quebec), and/or the Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation.

- Accreditation as a mutual funds professional in good standing with CIRO licensing requirements (Investments Funds in Canada or Canadian Securities Course).

- Ability to operate independently as a self-motivated professional with minimal oversight.

- Knowledge of competitive offerings, market dynamics, economic conditions, and regulatory frameworks.
