Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with local business partners to support current clients and assist in converting potential clients to our platform.
- Facilitate business development and fundraising efforts alongside regional and local management and internal teams.
- Assist Client Solutions Officers in promoting a comprehensive range of private market funds, separately managed accounts, and co-investments to institutional investors.
- Prepare presentations and reports for client meetings and events; perform various administrative tasks as required.
- Manage client service initiatives and broaden the local institutional client base.
- Contribute to product development initiatives and their specifics.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and marketing standards.
- Handle investor inquiries and expectations regarding data and research information.
- Utilize in-depth knowledge of standard principles and techniques to accomplish complex tasks and provide innovative solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, sharing expertise in your discipline while possessing a broad understanding of related areas.

Qualifications:
Applicants must be authorized to work without the need for visa sponsorship.
To excel in this role, candidates should meet the following requirements:
- Bilingual proficiency in English and French, with the ability to translate communications effectively.
- A Bachelor's Degree is preferred, along with 5 or more years of relevant experience; a combination of education and experience will also be considered.
- Strong analytical skills to exercise judgment based on multiple information sources.
- Openness to new perspectives on existing solutions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Excellent organizational skills and a curious mindset.
