Job Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and results-driven Senior Quality Engineer Automation Analyst to join our team at RBC. As a key member of our Quality Engineering team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and implement effective test automation frameworks to ensure efficient and comprehensive testing of our applications.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize testing needs and develop strategies to meet those needs.
  • Develop and maintain test automation scripts using Python and other relevant technologies.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to junior team members and contribute to the development of the team's technical capabilities.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure our testing practices remain current and effective.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in quality engineering or a related field, with a focus on test automation.
  • Strong knowledge of testing methodologies, including Agile and DevOps.
  • Experience with Python and other relevant programming languages.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex issues and develop effective solutions.
