Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Grounds Maintenance Supervisor to join our team at 1000211983 Ontario Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance of our grounds, ensuring they are well-manicured and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Direct Planting and Maintenance: Direct the planting of trees, gardens, and lawns, ensuring they are properly cared for and maintained.
  • Organizational Skills: Organize and direct the construction of decks, decorative or retaining walls, and other landscape features.
  • Problem-Solving: Resolve work problems by providing technical advice to increase the value and functionality of our properties.
  • Scheduling: Schedule events, programs, and activities, ensuring they are well-coordinated and executed.
  • Leadership: Supervise nursery and greenhouse workers, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their responsibilities.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree
  • Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year or equivalent experience
