Pricing Analyst Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Pricing Analyst to join our team at Reimer Associates Inc. in a Full Time (In-Office) role. As a Pricing Analyst, you will be responsible for generating market competitive pricing proposals that maximize value for all stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze rate requests and issue customer-specific rate proposals that meet customer requirements and consider key factors such as density, lanes, and subsidies.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Utilize data analysis and scenario modeling skills to inform pricing decisions and drive business growth.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to ensure the company remains competitive.

Requirements:

  • Post-secondary education in Economics, Finance, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of work experience in a Transportation/Logistics pricing role.
  • Strong financial acumen and proficiency in MS Excel and Tableau/Power BI.
