Job Summary

We are seeking a Senior Software QA Engineer to lead our testing services, utilizing industry standards and best practices to meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of customer testing needs
  • Lead test execution, automation, and risk coverage analysis
  • Review functional and non-functional requirements and specifications
  • Produce high-quality test artifacts, including test strategies, plans, cases, and metrics reports
  • Build and support automated testing frameworks using various technologies
  • Deliver excellent quality work, meeting project deadlines and customer expectations
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and manage their expectations
  • Participate in project meetings to offer insights on application issues and present solutions
Requirements
  • Fluency in French and English
  • Ability to execute projects within time, scope, and budget
  • Experience with test automation tools and frameworks, including TOSCA
  • SAP experience
  • Excellent communication and customer-facing skills
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
  • Self-motivated and directed leadership
  • Ability to prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment
Technical Skills
  • Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks
  • Hands-on technical expertise in programming, development tools, and methodologies
  • Hands-on experience with SAP
  • Understanding of database concepts and SQL
  • Familiarity with API testing
  • Experience with business requirements analysis and test case design
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in Software Development and/or Quality Assurance
