  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure their satisfaction with our Workforce Software solution
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest features and functionality of Workforce Software and provide recommendations for improvement

**Requirements**

  • 3-7 years of experience in workforce management and implementation of Workforce Software
  • Professional certification in Workforce Software
  • Experience with SAP SuccessFactors modules, particularly Employee Central, Payroll, and Onboarding
  • Production support experience, including working in shifts

**Nice to Have**

  • Experience with CPI/Integration Suite as middleware
  • Knowledge of SuccessFactors Mobile Apps and time and attendance through SAP Mobile Start
