Position Overview:
The Healthcare Manager will oversee daily patient care operations within the Internal Medicine and Stroke Departments at Gghorg. This role involves providing daily guidance to unit staff to ensure high-quality, safe, evidence-based care in collaboration with patients and their families, aligned with the vision, mission, and values of Gghorg. In partnership with the Director, the Manager will implement initiatives that support departmental and organizational strategic goals.
The Manager, alongside the Director, will foster an environment that promotes and enhances professional practice, leading clinical staff in adopting evidence-based practices while being mindful of resource limitations within a patient-centered care framework. They will exemplify professional and organizational core competencies and contribute to achieving quality patient care outcomes.

Qualifications and Skills:
- Registered Healthcare Professional (preferably Nursing).
- Bachelor's Degree in a health-related field is required; a Master's degree is preferred.
- Membership in relevant professional organizations.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant clinical experience.
- Proven leadership abilities with at least 2 years of formal management experience.
- Experience in guiding staff through performance and attendance challenges.
- Familiarity with Lean process improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated leadership in enhancing patient and staff safety.
- Commitment to improving patient experience and satisfaction.
- Strong interpersonal communication, coaching, mentoring, and team-building skills.
- Ability to facilitate positive interactions among all healthcare team members.
- Proven analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills in complex clinical situations.
- Strong change management capabilities with a track record of successful departmental change initiatives.
