Join Our Team as an Associate Dentist

We are seeking a passionate and hard-working Associate Dentist to join our team at Seawall Dental in West Vancouver, BC. As a part-time Associate Dentist, you will provide a full range of dental services with the highest quality of care to ensure our patients have a positive and rewarding experience.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will be skilled in helping patients feel at ease and comfortable, able to clearly communicate with both patients and coworkers, and work independently as needed. Our modern, boutique clinic is located in a well-established community, right next to the beach in the beautiful village of Dundarave.

Compensation and Schedule

Associates are compensated on a fee for service basis with remuneration starting from 35% collections and higher (depending on experience). The schedule is 16-20 hours per week, with the potential to increase the days per week.

Requirements
  • Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS), Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS), or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited school or university program
  • Successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) equivalency process
  • Registered or in processing of registering with the British Columbia College of Oral Health Professionals
  • Eligible to practice dentistry in the province of British Columbia
  • 2-3 years of experience in practicing dentistry in Canada preferred, but new graduates welcome with mentorship provided
