Role Overview

As a Bilingual Business Partner in Finance, you will be part of the Office of the Chief Financial Officer, contributing to the Corporate Enterprise Portfolio Management team. Your role will involve providing financial guidance and support to clients, helping them navigate complex financial processes and make informed decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as a proactive financial advisor, aligning with business strategies and offering insights into performance.
  • Foster a collaborative environment by understanding both financial and business needs.
  • Consult with internal stakeholders, providing expertise on special initiatives and unique business cases.
  • Guide clients in developing business and cost driver analyses, forecasts, and financial plans.
  • Champion management reporting and financial modeling, identifying trends and recommending solutions.
  • Enhance financial processes by identifying inefficiencies and proposing improvements.
  • Support the creation and documentation of financial plans, ensuring alignment with broader organizational goals.
  • Deliver management reports that provide strategic insights into performance metrics.

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of five years of experience in finance or business analysis.
  • Strong understanding of financial regulations and principles.
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.
  • Proficiency in financial software and planning tools.
  • Bilingual in English and French.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • MBA or relevant professional designation.
  • Experience with IFRS.
