Position Summary:
Titan is currently seeking skilled fluid management technicians to operate under the guidance of our Field Supervisors. The role involves responsibilities related to water pumping, including the setup and dismantling of equipment. Technicians will actively monitor tank and C-ring levels while operating pumps to facilitate water transfer both onsite (between tanks) and offsite (from ponds) to fracking locations.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate various equipment including pumps, crew trucks, filtration units, equipment trailers, and skid steers.
  • Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure optimal functionality.
  • Manage the rigging in and rigging out processes for water transfer and lease operations.
  • Engage in job safety meetings and training sessions, adhering to all safety initiatives.
  • Complete necessary documentation, including field tickets and Job Safety Analysis (JSA), and submit them in a timely manner.
  • Perform lifting tasks involving equipment and tools, with weights up to 50lbs.
  • Exhibit a strong commitment to maintaining Titan's rigorous safety standards.
  • Be adaptable to changes in duties as assigned by Field Supervisors.

Qualifications and Experience:
  • Possession of a valid Class 5 Driver's License, with a requirement to provide a driver's abstract.
  • Current certifications in First Aid, H2S Alive, 2015 WHMIS (Titan), TDG (Titan), and EGSO (Titan).
  • A high school diploma or equivalent is considered an asset.
  • Experience in water pumping or oilfield operations is preferred.
  • Ability to perform heavy lifting, up to 50lbs.
  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service and safety practices.

Working Environment:
  • Successful candidates will undergo a pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
  • Work is conducted in outdoor settings, often under extreme weather conditions.
  • The role is physically demanding, requiring bending and heavy lifting.
  • Exposure to noise, chemicals, fumes, dust, and high-pressure lines is expected.
  • Travel may be necessary as part of the job.
