Position Overview

The Cleaning Operations Supervisor plays a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and safety of our facilities. This position requires strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team effectively.

Qualifications
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years in a supervisory role
Work Environment
  • Wet/damp conditions
  • Dusty environments
  • Setting: Hotel, motel, resort
Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit, train, and oversee cleaning staff
  • Coordinate and supervise the activities of cleaning personnel
  • Conduct inspections of facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations
  • Recommend additional services such as painting, repairs, or renovations
  • Maintain accurate financial records
  • Receive payments for specialized cleaning services
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties as needed
  • Collaborate with other departments to coordinate work activities
  • Establish and manage work schedules for the team
Supervisory Responsibilities

Supervise a team of 5-10 cleaning staff members.

Security and Safety Requirements

Completion of a criminal record check is mandatory.
