Key Responsibilities
  • Recruit and train cleaning personnel or arrange for their training
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of cleaning staff
  • Conduct inspections of sites or facilities to ensure compliance with safety and cleanliness standards
  • Prepare budgets and cost estimates for cleaning operations
  • Recommend or arrange for additional services, such as painting, repairs, renovations, or replacement of furnishings and equipment
  • Maintain accurate financial records related to cleaning services
  • Process payments for specialized cleaning tasks
  • Assist cleaning staff in their duties as needed
