Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver clean dishes, utensils, and other items to serving areas and arrange tables.
  • Sanitize and maintain cleanliness of kitchen items including dishwasher mats and waste disposal units.
  • Clear and tidy tables, trays, and seating areas.
  • Operate dishwashing equipment to ensure cleanliness of dishes and utensils.
  • Maintain records of food quantities utilized.
  • Prepare take-out food orders.
  • Portion and package food items.
  • Assist customers at counters or buffet setups.
  • Restock refrigerators and salad bars as needed.
  • Take and process customer orders efficiently.

  • Perform floor maintenance including sweeping, mopping, and polishing.
