Key Responsibilities:

  • Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and technical drawings.
  • Conduct precise measurements for various components.
  • Set up and operate CNC machinery effectively.
  • Identify and report any safety concerns.
  • Support training initiatives for new team members.
  • Perform routine maintenance on equipment.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace.

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience operating CNC Lathes and Mills.
  • Familiarity with brands such as Okuma, DMG Mori, Mazak, Weingartner, and Leistritz.
  • Knowledge of G-Code and control systems including Siemens and Heidenhain.
  • Proficient in setups, inspections, and programming adjustments.
  • Experience in machining a diverse range of precision components.

Health & Safety Standards:

  • Capable of working in a manufacturing environment.
  • Must pass a pre-employment physical examination and drug screening.
