About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Luxury Hotel Sales and Reservations Consultant to join our team at Université de Moncton. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for selling luxury hotel rooms and packages to clients, while providing exceptional customer service and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to incoming calls in a fast-paced environment, handling customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Make reservations for luxury hotels, resorts, and other high-end properties, while providing personalized service to clients.
  • Assist clients in selecting the perfect room and package to meet their needs, ensuring a memorable and enjoyable experience.
  • Work closely with clients to understand their preferences and provide tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Requirements

  • Fluency in both French and English is required, as calls are received and handled in both languages.
  • Education and/or experience in sales, customer service, hospitality, or tourism is preferred.
  • Ability to navigate multiple software systems while interacting with clients.
